I am running for Bucks County Recorder of Deeds because I believe that the taxpayers of this County deserve transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility from their elected officials.   As a former Warminster Township Supervisor, I know first-hand the importance of delivering vital public services for our community.  Through my community service, both as a Township Supervisor and with community groups such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County and the Greater Bucks Mont Chamber of Commerce, I believe that I have earned the experience we need in County government.

I am running because I hope to bring a lifetime of public and private sector experience to serve the people of this County that I have called home my entire life.
In my current role as an Inheritance Tax Agent with the County of Bucks, I am very familiar with how our County government operates, and the needs of those residents.  I am also proud of my significant management experience in the private sector, where I was entrusted with managing large teams with multi-million dollar budgets.   It is the combination of proven management experience, and my knowledge of the inner workings of County government, that will allow me to be ready from day one.
Experience Recorder of Deeds (2018 – Present) Assistant to County Commissioner (2008 – 2018) Jury Commissioner (2006 – 2008) Neshaminy Abstract Title Company (2001 – 2008) Licensed Realtor (5+ years)

I am running for re-election to finish the job that I started. As Recorder of Deeds, it is my responsibility to preserve and maintain the record of the county. After I found 700 historic deed books, dating back to 1684, deteriorating in the county warehouse, I made it my personal mission to restore these historic treasures. I have been able to preserve 341 of the books so far, and am running to ensure that the project I started is seen through completion. I have a passion for public service and have brought my focus of good government into the Recorder of Deeds Office. With a second term, I plan on continuing to modernize the office, make online documents clearer and easier for the public to read, and finish the deed book restoration project.
When I ran four years ago, I felt extremely qualified to manage the Recorder of Deeds Office due to my many years in retail management and in government. But now, after serving one term as The Recorder of Deeds, I have a record to prove my qualifications. I deeply care about the people of Bucks County, which is why it has been a major concern of mine to protect them against fraud and scams. To do so, I created the Bucks County Fraud Alert System, a first of its kind in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth that alerts homeowners anytime something is recorded in our office under their name. Because of my proactive approach to management, the office remained operating during the pandemic shut down of government offices so that the realtors and title searchers were able to continue working, making it possible for people to continue to buy and sell houses. Because of this work and more, I was endorsed by the Southeast Realtors PAC.
