I aspire to become the General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge to address the many issues confronting the Montgomery County Community. As a judge, my goals are to provide equal justice to all, be fair and impartial, maintain judiciary independence, excercise both state and federal constitutional obligations, to uphold the rule of law, and gurantee due process to both plaintiffs and defendants.
My diverse educational background and varied experiences make me uniquely qualified to serve as a Gen. Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge. My background and experiences along with community involvement provides me with context, perspective and understanding of society and human behavior as well as what duties are to be performed by judges. My past and/or current community involvement includes Leadership Clarksville Class of 2014, Special Ed. and Juvenile Justice Task Force, Past President & Member Clarksville Civitan, Former Chair & Member of the Board of Two Rivers Ch. of the American Red Cross, Council of Parents, Attorneys & Advocates, Member of TN Bar Assoc., Montgomery Co. Bar Assoc., American Bar Assoc., Room in the Inn, etc
