My top three priorities are economy, healthcare, and education. We need an economy that works for all, not just corporations and the wealthy. We must enact responsible tax relief for families and seniors while protecting the state’s economic stability. I will address the needs of Minnesotans and work to strengthen our prosperity by building an economy that works for all of us.

Access to affordable, quality healthcare for all is also a top priority for me. This includes protecting women’s access to reproductive healthcare.

We must also prioritize education. Our communities are only as strong as our schools. I will work to ensure every student receives a world-class education and the support they need to thrive.
Minnesota leads the nation in voter turnout and has a long history of safe and secure elections. I am committed to the continued protection of Minnesotan’s access to the ballot box. I will work to ensure that we continue to protect early voting and will work toward even greater ease and access to ballot boxes by increasing balloting locations so that we can continue to lead the nation in voter turnout and safe elections.
Minnesota ranks as one of the states with the worst achievement gaps in the nation and has a staggering wealth gap between black and white Minnesotans. We also have gaps in health equity. Ways that we can begin to address these gaps are by ensuring affordable healthcare and childcare, enacting workplace protections like paid family leave to protect the lowest income earners, and addressing achievement gaps by fully funding our schools and actively reforming the systems that led to these gaps.
Although legislation to combat inflation is predominantly controlled at the Federal level, we have opportunities here in Minnesota to ensure we create an economy that works for all of us by enacting responsible tax cuts, lowering costs of goods and services, creating a skilled workforce, and supporting workers ability to stay in the workforce with affordable childcare and paid family leave.
I support sensible gun legislation that closes the loopholes on background checks so that our laws around gun sales are evenly enforced and applied to every Minnesotan. I also support legislation to curb the proliferation of ghost guns and glock switches. Additionally, I support red flag laws which help protect gun owners and the public when a gun owner is at risk of harming themselves or someone else. All of these common-sense measures protect law enforcement and the public from gun violence
