1- Local infrastructure 2-Emergency services 3-health and human services These are the basics - rural areas are often lacking in these services that big cities take for granted.
I would work with local city government and health & human services to increase affordable housing options. Housing is scarce in small town Minnesota.
Minnesota has a long history of election security and high voter turnout. We don't need to fix something that isn't broken.
Access to services is a problem. Our county seat is nearly an hours' drive away. Services need to be made available closer to rural areas..
The basic function of government is to provide (or assist) three essentials. They are roads and bridges, emergency services and law enforcement. The rest is optional.
