Información Biográfica

Why are you the best candidate for this position? (750 characters)

If elected, what will your top three priorities be and why? (500 characters)

How will you work with your community to promote public safety in our neighborhoods? (500 characters)

I am the best candidate for this position because I am a wife, mother, attorney, member of the Plymouth Charter Commission, and a trained community mediator who will serve our community with leadership first. Seeing political polarization all around us, I believe there is a need for community leaders who will prioritize finding common ground and bringing people together across differences with respect and civility. This is a nonpartisan role and I am committed to making sure that we have thoughtful, fact-based, analytical, and objective decision-making guided by the best interests and voices of the community. I will serve with this as my foundation and always put people first. This is what the residents of Plymouth expect and deserve.
My first priority – to serve with leadership first – is a foundational cornerstone that will guide everything I will do as your city councilperson. Next, as Plymouth grows, redevelopment and the next phase of our city’s future will be increasingly key, requiring long-term strategic vision that delivers quality of life and creates a strong business community. Third, we must maintain and preserve our community’s green space, wetlands, ponds, and lakes to protect our environment locally and beyond.
We can promote safety in three ways - support, relationships, and education. Our public safety departments can remain strong with the continued support of the community and our city council. I will also support initiatives that build upon my commitment to work across differences by increasing relationship building. Improving Plymouth’s diversity, equity, and inclusion education and practices will help us be a stronger and safer community. As your city council member, I support DEI initiatives.
