My priorities for the city include: 1. Maintaining property values by enforcing our housing code to accomplish neighborhood preservation. 2. Working with our police department to facilitate neighborhood policing efforts and improve the neighborhood watch program. 3. Improve city-owned areas using park grants to improve the visual and community usefulness of these areas.
I have served on the Board of Aldermen for five years, and other boards in the St. Louis area for many years. My role on these boards has given me experience in various areas such as finance, housing codes, grant utilization and police policy. I feel this experience assists me in my efforts to keep Bel-Nor a great place to live.
