1. Make sure there is complete transparency to all residents. 2. Rebuilding and repaving the streets, which has been needed for several years. 3. Improve street lighting for the residents' safety.
By working as a finance professional for over 30 years as a controller, director of finance and chief financial officer, I have brought my skills to Bellerive Acres since being elected alderman in 2019. In September 2019, I reinvested certificates of deposit at higher interest rates and increased interest income, 24.6% in 2020 over 2019.
