Keep putting neighborhoods first; strongly oppose a Chesterfield property tax; continue to cut unnecessary city spending that does not directly benefit residents and taxpayers; limit new apartments and keep them out of residential neighborhoods; protect Olive/Clarkson from becoming another Manchester Road; strongly support our wonderful police who keep us safe.
I am a founder of Chesterfield as chair of the campaign to incorporate, with deep roots in our city; chair of the Planning Commission for several years which guided our initial growth. As a council member, successful at cutting wasteful spending; insisted the council scrutinize the budget; and the driving force behind aggressively paying off the city's long-term debt.

No new taxes is at the top of the list. 100% transparency in all things government related. Ensuring the police are fully funded, getting all businesses re-opened safely and ensuring good quality development in Chesterfield. It's important to ensure those groups of people who are at risk during this time are the most protected, first vaccinated and best supported.
I've spent most my time in Chesterfield in some form of public service: holding this position on the City Council, two terms on the planning commission, two terms on the Economic Development Council and MIS Advisory Committee, and I have even served on the Monarch Fire District Citizen’s Budget Advisory Committee. I have a well-rounded civic background to offer the voters.
