Información Biográfica

How will you continue to address the effects of COVID-19, specifically the impact on the community and economy?

D.O.B (Year) 1959
Education Associate Degree from Delaware County Community College and Funeral Services Arts and Science Degree from Pittsburgh Institute of Morturary Science.
Qualifications Presently Vice-Chairman of the Lower Macungie Zoning Board. Previously served as a Member of the Springfield Township, Delaware County Zoning Board.
Vaccines are a way of preventing further spread of diseases. I am hopeful that the hospitals in the Lehigh Valley area will continue to be able to vaccinate our residents. As more people are vaccinated and as the Governor lifts restrictions, I am hoping that the community will be able to get out and patronize restaurants and other venues that have been impaired due to the pandemic. This will bring more revenue to the area as businesses will be able to serve the community again. Since masks will continue to be required, I encourage the public to continue to follow CDC guidelines and properly wear masks in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Education BA Monmouth University
Qualifications Lower Macungie Commissioner 2014 - Present Lower Macungie Zoning Hearing Board 2010-2013
As Commissioner, I will continue to support the Township efforts to let local restaurants continue to have accessibility to expanded outdoor dining. I will continue to support the work of the township staff, in conjunction with Lehigh County, to distribute designated relief funds through grants to the local small businesses that qualify, to help sustain the vibrant small business community that LMT enjoys.
No hay repuesta.

Unfortunately we at the Township level do not have the authority to override any of the governors policies. That being said we have assisted our restaurants in the Township with easing restrictions on dining outdoors and allowing expansion into their parking areas and open space areas on their property. Of course we are insuring these measures are safe for the diners.
