Shall the following resolution be adopted, to wit: Resolved, that pursuant to Education Law, Section 259, the Board of Education of the Cooperstown Central School District is authorized to levy and collect an annual tax, year after year, separate and apart from the annual school district budget, in the amount of $193,513 (one hundred ninety three thousand five hundred thirteen dollars), which shall be paid to the Village Library of Cooperstown in the amount of $126,113 (one hundred twenty-six thousand one hundred thirteen dollars) and the Kinney Memorial Public Library in the amount of $67,400 (sixty-seven thousand four hundred dollars) for the support of the libraries; with this appropriated amount to be the annual appropriation until thereafter modified by a future vote of the electors of the Cooperstown Central School District?
