I believe I am the best newcomer candidate for this position. There are two seats open, and I would love to see incumbent, Greg Heyblom, reelected and to join him on the council.

I am a curious person who loves to learn. I believe I have the time and energy and the intellect to do a good job on the city council. It would be an honor to serve in this way.
As a new member of the council, my top priority would be to listen and learn. Secondly, I hope to present commonsense, practical ideas. Thirdly, I will always pursue fiscal responsibility and transparency.
It's essential that we support GOOD law enforcement. I believe in freedom and individual rights as the foundation of the American constitution and way of life. When someone chooses to behave in a criminal way, they need to be punished. However, when laws infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens, then government has gone too far. "Safety" does NOT include Red Flag laws! That's the government going too far and seeking control of individuals who have done nothing wrong. Those laws are evil!
