Support Staff pay and bus driver shortages How we can effectively increase the literacy rates of our children Increased Community and Parent engagement
Bus driver shortages and support staff pay are the most immediate based on my conversations with voters. I will achieve this goal by engaging in a review of the budget to determine how and when support staff salaries can be adjusted and working with the administration to determine why we are not able to hire and retain staff. These staff and bus driver positions are vital to supporting our children in the learning process. In most cases these individuals are the first people our children encounter daily.
