I believe in the mission.

After serving my country I want to serve my city, I have been resident of Thief River Falls since 2011 and I love our town. I want to dedicate my time to fix as many issues as possible and guide the direction of the city towards prosperity and growth so that we can better enjoy the place we call home. I want more action and less promises, I want to listen to the needs of the community and actually translate those needs into beneficial change.

I believe in transparency, I believe in being true to the people, I believe in doing the right thing and that is why I believe that I am the best candidate for this position.
Tax relief first and foremost. Though we can balance the budget, we cant just chop chunks, we can do is a revaluation of things that we need and don't while keeping city expenditures lean. Growth and expansion are topics that should be number one but there are some problems to be addressed first. We need more people, we more houses, we need more builders, we need more daycares, we need more businesses and then we need more people, they are all interconnected. I believe we CAN do it!
Police, Fire and EMS are absolutely essential and are equally important. These and other city services are the main reason we pay taxes, to keep the peace and wellness in our community. I would like to prioritize public safety and give them tools to do their job correctly. I want to maintain and grow the relationship with with our police and fire departments, both have been doing a fine job. Illicit drug activity has been a huge concern in our community, a sharp focus on reduction is paramount.
